Project Description
New hotel complex consisting of 24 accommodation rooms, Conference facility, Bars, Bistro's, Pokies Room, Bottle Shop and commercial kitchen. Services Description The accommodation rooms were served by individual wall mount split a/c units. Packaged and split ducted, reverse cycle a/c units serve the bars and bistro. The commercial kitchen is fitted with stainless steel exhaust canopy and make up air via an evaporative cooling system. Project Details: Completed April 2004. Cost $520k |

Project Description
Extensions and renovations to the GroPep Production Facility at Thebarton S.A. This entailed fume hood installations, clean room pressurisation & conditioning systems with high level HEPA & NEPA filtration. GroPep is a biopharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and commercialises products that bring significant benefit to human health.
Services Description
Reverse cycle ducted split air conditioning systems incorporating fan assisted HEPA filtration modules removing 99.97% of sub micron particles to the dispatch, dispensing suite & airlock areas. Ducted exhausts, fresh air systems, fume hoods and variable speed drives also form part of this critical environment conditioning. A computerized Building Management System controls the mechanical service plant.

Services Description
Evaporative air conditioning, gas radiant heating and general exhaust systems were installed in the components manufacturing area. Office and administration areas are conditioned by reverse cycle split ducted air conditioning systems with general exhaust systems installed in toilets and change rooms.

Formally the Beneficial Finance building the project included the redevelopment of an eight story heritage office building into a four star hotel complex. With 76 guest rooms ranging from standard accommodation to suites the project also included kitchen and restaurant, reception, swimming pool, gymnasium and conference facilities.
Services Description
Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) air conditioning system incorporating a roof top plant area housing the out door units. Individual fan coils for each suite and specialist area. Refrigeration runs up to 50 meters in length with 30 meter lifts. Various exhaust and fresh air systems.

Project Description
This project included the construction of a controlled environment printing facility built from ‘Bondor' sandwich paneling within the existing saw tooth structure and included modifications to the existing heating and cooling serving the general factory areas.
Services Description
Westside was engaged on a design and construct basis for the controlled environment air conditioning serving the new printing facility. The system included the use of split ducted a/c units providing comfort conditions for each of the printing areas. Fresh air intake and special ducted exhaust systems were provided matching pressure requirements of each area.
Project Description
Tarac Distillers Pty. Ltd. have built a new distilling and bottling facility outside of Angaston in South Australia's Barossa Valley. This particular project incorporated the construction of a large warehouse building to house their distilling plant and associated distribution systems.
Services Description
Westside was provided with a client design brief and engaged to design and construct a specialist exhaust system serving the distilling process plant. Air extraction points were located to suit the distilling process system of equipment and conveyer belts. Due to the aggressive nature of the discharge all ducting was coated internally with a two part epoxy system.
