GROUP PROFILE
The Westside Group of Companies includes four individual building services businesses. Each has a special interest within the group and compliments the activities of each of the others.
In July 2004 we purchased Hindmarsh Mechanical & Electrical Services (HMES) from the Sarah Group and successfully merged the two companies operating under the Westside banner. Our best asset is our people and we are delighted that all of the Hindmarsh team joined us here at Westside.
Having purposefully developed our own modern premises we are well positioned to provide professional multi discipline building services works to the industry. While structured specifically for complex, multi-million dollar major projects we still concentrate on our ability to competitively and professionally deliver all size commercial projects. Westside Mechanical Contracting Pty Ltd started in Adelaide in October 1998 as a specialist mechanical services contractor operating in the commercial and industrial sector of the state's building industry and has enjoyed continued controlled growth in our period of operation. Our initial business plan was to work towards a structure that allowed us to undertake major projects. We are now one of the largest, and we believe the most professional, mechanical services contracting companies in South Australia . Westside Services (SA) Pty Ltd is our specialist service and maintenance company and incorporates an in-house minor contracts division. We are one of the city's major commercial air conditioning and refrigeration service companies with a fleet of service vehicles operating 24 hours, 7 days a week. Westside Plumbing Pty. Ltd. is our commercial / industrial sanitary plumbing business. It dove tails into our mechanical services origins and allows the Westside Group to provide professional multi discipline Building Services to the South Australian and Northern Territory market. With commercial plumbing construction and design activities as our primary focus we offer sanitary and general plumbing, trade waste, fire systems and mechanical services plumbing. Our service & maintenance team also undertake our minor works activities meaning we cater for all projects large and small. Westside Eyre Pty Ltd is our regional office located in Port Lincoln, South Australia, and was formed to better service the commercial and industrial air conditioning and mechanical services requirements of the Eyre Peninsula region. We pride ourselves on being easy to get along with and our focus is on providing a professional, hassle free service to the local business community. With a philosophy of continuous improvement we seek and encourage feed back from our clients and the industry in general.
Our centrally located office / warehouse complex houses separate offices for Westside Mechanical Contracting Pty Ltd, Westside Services (SA) Pty Ltd and Westside Plumbing Pty. Ltd. as well as a large storage and distribution warehouse.
